Thornton Water Project 1041 - To locate and construct a raw water pipeline and appurtenant facilities including pump stations and storage tanks. The pipeline commences north of Fort Collins at WS&S reservoir #4 following along the alignment of Douglas Road to CR 9/Turnberry Rd. thence north to CR 56 thence east to the County line to a water tank thence south along the county line to the Weld County through Timnath, Windsor and Johnstown. This project was denied by the Planning Commission on May 16,2018 This project was scheduled to go before the Board of County Commissioners on the following dates: July 9, 2018, July 23, 2018, August 1, 2018, December 17, 2018, January 28, 2019, February 4, 2019, all above dates were tabled. On February 11, 2019 was the first and only date this items was heard by the Board of County Commissioners and it was denied.
